Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide back up and administrative support to DSM System Manager
  • Manage client access and trouble shoot as needed
  • Coordinate sales reports
  • Assist Manager in working with orders, contract status and sales activities
  • Monitor markets and maintain comprehensive client details in database
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, required. Some college preferred.
  • Excellent team-player
  • 3+ years administrative support experience preferably in sales and/or distribution
  • Self-motivated, well organized with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
  • Ability to work with and adapt to different personalities
