Statement on data outage for Thursday 6th December
Lycamobile understands the frustrations caused by O2’s network outage. We are pleased that O2 has rectified the issue and that our customer's data services have resumed.
Whilst our customers are prepaid and therefore were not affected in the same way as other networks' contracted users, we recognise that those who take advantage of our bundles will have lost out on data.
As a gesture of goodwill, we are refunding bundle customers on our network two days’ worth of credit.
