Lycamobile launches new US website
Lycamobile, the largest global provider of low-cost international mobile calls, has launched its website for customers in the USA as a live eCommerce and customer service hub.

With simplicity, seamlessness, and slick design at its heart; the new site has been built in responsive media: designed to optimise its appearance for each specific device it is viewed on, including smartphones, tablets and desktop. Navigation on the site has been significantly augmented with the introduction of finger-tip-control for smart devices and the addition of a search box.

Significantly, the launch of 'Live Chat' will allow users to make customer service enquiries with an immediate response, bolstering a robust telephone response unit already in place in the USA.

Additionally and for the first time, Lycamobile has established an eCommerce element on the site, giving consumers the opportunity to purchase both handset and SIM cards from one location, and as part of one deal, through the site itself or over the phone.
